Senior🎓
Top SchoolKrishna Madgula is a seasoned software engineer with 9 years of experience building cloud-native, distributed systems and high-throughput platforms from the ground up. He has led architecture and migrations that improved reliability and cost-efficiency—moving core storage to Redis Sentinel + KVRocks, redesigning filesystem caches to cut storage and IOPS by ~60%, and implementing compressed streaming caches that slashed S3 calls and memory use. At Cyware he drove multi-agent AI and RAG initiatives for cybersecurity, creating autonomous Plan→Execute→Feedback agent patterns and a multi-agent advisory generation system; earlier roles at ZopSmart focused on event-driven microservices, CQRS-based domains, and resilient pub/sub frameworks on Kafka. Based in Bengaluru, he combines hands-on engineering, hiring and mentoring experience with an entrepreneurial streak—ideating and building tech products outside of work. He’s comfortable operating at the intersection of systems engineering and applied AI, turning complex operational problems into scalable, production-ready solutions.
