Senior🎓
Top SchoolKristjan Berce is a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with nine years of hands-on experience designing low-power IoT products and end-to-end firmware and hardware solutions. He has deep expertise across BLE, GPS/GNSS, cellular (LTE), FreeRTOS, and low-level drivers, regularly working with STM, ESP, and nRF families while also handling PCB and 3D design/printing. His recent roles span EV charger systems, vibration measurement devices, and consumer IoT at Bird Buddy, where he focuses on embedded architecture, AWS integrations and aggressive power optimizations. Comfortable bridging firmware and hardware, he brings a pragmatic maker’s eye—often implementing mechanical CAD or rapid prototypes himself—to deliver robust production-ready systems. Based in Ljubljana, he pairs academic mechatronics training with practical product experience across industrial and consumer domains.
