Senior🎓
Top SchoolKristo Isberg is a full‑stack software developer based in Tallinn, combining 11 years of hands‑on experience with academic training (BSc and ongoing MSc studies) in software and IT systems development. He builds and maintains large-scale public sector systems using Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Spring, SQL and React, and has moved seamlessly from contractor work at SRINI into an in-house role at SMIT. Notable past work includes mission‑critical projects for Estonia’s Tax and Customs Board (OSS and VDS) and leading the development and migration of Icefire’s intranet and project management tooling. Comfortable across backend and frontend stacks, he has also delivered React Native mobile apps for private clients, showing versatility beyond typical public-sector work. Despite his young age, his long tenure on production systems and early leadership on internal tooling mark him as a reliable engineer who balances pragmatic delivery with architectural awareness.
