Top SchoolKristopher W is a Cyber Security Researcher based in Seattle with a decade of experience advancing early-TRL R&D across automated program analysis, binary reverse engineering, adversarial AI, and critical infrastructure security. At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory he serves as technical lead, advisor, and named PI on programs spanning utility grid analytics, 5G/sub-6 wireless security, space systems verification, and chem/bio device protection—often translating sponsor needs into fundable, high-impact research. He brings strong leadership and project management skills honed in government contract environments, coupling hands-on development with program-level stewardship. Deeply interested in formal methods and software verification, he also explores novel vulnerabilities on Nvidia GPUs (CUDA/PTX) and builds AI tooling to improve software security workflows. Kristopher’s background blends a Master of Science in Computer Security with practical experience shaping technical vision and delivering innovative solutions for demanding customers. Notably, he gravitates toward foundational problems where creative, unconventional approaches are required to move concepts toward higher TRLs.
