Senior🎓
Top SchoolKristy Marcinova is a multidisciplinary product and visual designer with nine years of experience crafting design systems, developer-facing products, and brand identities across startups and scale-ups. Currently shaping realtime and multimodal experiences at LiveKit, she previously led design at Netlify—driving enterprise GTM shifts, large org-wide initiatives like a rebrand, and shipping AI-enhanced features while scaling the design team. At Intercom she helped found and evolve the company’s design system into a self-serve hub that boosted implementation velocity and cross-team adoption. Known for blending hands-on visual craft (from illustration to marketing assets) with product ownership, she frequently contributed to code, tooling and designer enablement. Based in Dublin and a self-described night owl and geek, she brings a pragmatic, empathetic approach to complex UX problems and internal design operations.
