Top SchoolKrzysztof Bieroń is a pragmatic software engineering manager and hands-on full-stack developer with 10 years of experience building and operating JVM- and JavaScript-based systems from prototype to production. Currently leading engineering teams at Shift4, he blends technical leadership with product and operational decision-making, driving merchant integrations and cross-department collaboration. A long-time Kotlin advocate and freestyle software craftsman, he pairs deep backend experience with CI, deployment and support workflow optimization. Based in Wrocław, he brings a maker’s mindset—Linux tinkerer, frequent rock climber and hitchhiking hiker—which surfaces as practical resourcefulness and a knack for solving messy, real-world problems.
