Summary
👤
SeniorKrzysztof Mikuta is a business-focused senior software engineer with 11 years of experience building data-intensive full‑stack applications and user interfaces, now contributing at Netflix from Warsaw. He has repeatedly led and shaped teams and products—acting as tech lead at Nexthink and driving feature ownership and architecture improvements at Allegro—bridging product, design and engineering to deliver measurable impact. His technical breadth spans Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, React/Angular, Kubernetes, Kafka and cloud platforms, with hands-on work across backend, frontend and big‑data stacks. He routinely optimizes systems and workflows (e.g., halving build times and refactoring to remove performance bottlenecks) and champions knowledge sharing to raise team capability. Unusually for an engineer at his level, he holds a postgraduate degree in molecular biology, reflecting a curiosity that informs his analytical approach. Outside work he balances coding with espresso‑fueled side projects, bringing both discipline and creativity to solving complex problems.
