Senior🎓
Top SchoolKunal Deshmukh is a Data Engineer with nine years of industry experience and a strong track record building scalable data and ML lifecycle systems across large enterprises. Currently at Meta, he has designed and shipped 0-to-1 data products that inform leadership decisions and improve user experience, and previously architected containerized model serving, retraining, and ETL pipelines at Ericsson using Airflow, Azure Data Factory, MinIO and RabbitMQ. He blends hands-on engineering—SQL/data modeling, Docker-based microservices, and orchestration—with pragmatic automation that has driven measurable operational savings. A San José State MS Computer Science graduate and former Ericsson intern, he pairs research-driven techniques (dimensionality reduction and ML optimization) with production-minded execution. Notably, he moves projects from experiment to production reliably, making him comfortable across both R&D and mission-critical analytics environments.
