Senior🎓
Top SchoolKuncoro Wicaksono is a senior technology leader with 8 years of hands-on software and automation engineering experience, now directing Business Operation & Technology at PT Pertamina Lubricants. He blends technical depth in full-stack, microservices and automation (Golang, Python, Node.js, PHP, React) with operational ownership—overseeing ERP and data center rollout, disaster recovery, performance tuning and cybersecurity across enterprise sites. Previously he led and scaled distributed engineering teams for startups and insurers, introducing coding standards, QA best practices, and cloud-native improvements. His dual academic background—Master of Information Technology and a Bachelor in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Indonesia—helps him translate business constraints into pragmatic technical solutions. Notably, he has built tools adopted regionally at Ericsson and driven measurable product and engagement gains (e.g., 72% activation and 102% usage increases at Jenius) through data-driven automation. He’s motivated by continuous learning and by applying engineering to create scalable, real-world impact.
