Top SchoolKunerkhan Akerov is a Senior Frontend Developer with 8 years of experience building scalable React and React Native applications, specializing in TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Material-UI and Tailwind. He has led teams and cross-functional initiatives, migrating legacy code to Feature Sliced Design to cut delivery times from months to weeks and reduce inter-module coupling by over 30%. Kunerkhan combines hands-on engineering—having built a large share of a company UI library and a Trello-like dashboard—with product-facing responsibilities like roadmap planning and customer interviews. He has proven experience delivering low-latency real-time systems (Socket.IO) that supported 10k+ concurrent users, and has driven testing and performance improvements that raised coverage and page speed significantly. Based in Bishkek, he pairs strong communication and mentoring experience (conducted 80+ interviews and led departments) with the ability to operate as a sole full‑stack engineer when projects require it.
