Top SchoolKwok Leong is a Lead Analyst based in Singapore with 8 years of experience turning messy data into actionable insights and deploying AI-driven solutions in the public sector. He currently leads AI and ML initiatives at CPF Board, specializing in Python, Transformers/LLMs and Azure Databricks, and has a track record of productionizing NLP and recommender systems. Previously he built data literacy programs that upskilled 1,600 officers at People's Association and delivered an NLP pipeline that halved manual labeling effort while improving analytical throughput. His background blends hands-on development (Python, R, Tableau, cloud architectures) with product and project management skills honed across academia, hospitality tech and education. A volunteer youth career guide and lifelong learner, he holds advanced training in deep learning and an MSc in Information Science, reflecting both applied and academic depth. Not obvious from the title: he’s equally comfortable pivoting between low-level ETL and launching user-facing analytics products that change how organizations make decisions.
