Top SchoolKyle Goodwin is a multidisciplinary technology and business leader with over 20 years of experience blending sales, engineering, and IT to deliver custom industrial solutions and digital transformations. As Managing Partner at Eagle IT and a longtime executive at Custom Industrial Products, he has led large-scale projects—from migrating the company to Salesforce and modernizing IT infrastructure to managing multi‑million dollar installations of hundreds of vertical reciprocating conveyors nationwide. He moves fluidly between hands‑on software development (C#/MS SQL custom quoting, inventory and scheduling systems) and strategic account leadership, which enables him to translate customer needs into engineered, scalable solutions. Known for stabilizing systems during ownership transitions and for mentoring teams, he also applies his leadership off‑work as a Cubmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster. Based in Palm Bay, Florida, he combines technical depth with sales acumen and a knack for turning operational complexity into repeatable processes that drive growth.
