Top SchoolKyle Salmon is a Sr. Staff Software Engineer and technical leader with 11 years of experience building web and mobile products from the ground up, currently driving engineering at Simbe Robotics in Seattle. He’s been the first or early engineering hire multiple times, shaping architecture and core product features across marketplaces, fintech, cleantech, and retail—shipping everything from billing and scheduling systems to serverless services and React Native prototypes. Kyle combines hands-on full‑stack skills (Node.js, NestJS, React, TypeScript, serverless patterns, Redis, BullMQ) with product-aligned leadership, hiring and scaling teams while maintaining shared UI libraries and developer tooling. His background in design gives him a practical eye for usable interfaces and component-driven frontends, and he has a track record of turning early prototypes into production-ready systems that accelerate customer onboarding and revenue.
