Top SchoolKyriakos Giannakis is a founder and software engineer with a decade of experience building tailored software, R&D and digital services across government, education, tourism and retail in Greece and Europe. He founded Flare in 2023 to deliver resource-efficient, design-driven solutions and scaled the agency rapidly—serving 20+ clients in year one and over 40 thereafter, including contributions to major public-sector platforms and the EU Digital Identity Wallet. Comfortable shifting between hands-on development, project management and technical sales, Kyriakos has led R&D projects for universities and EU initiatives and helped launch Greece’s first Greek-language data analytics platform, DataTutor. Based in Keratsini with roots in Kefalonia and Lesvos, he blends regional sensitivity for local businesses with the engineering discipline honed at research centers like NCSR Demokritos. Colleagues describe him as pragmatic and client-focused, consistently turning complex public-sector requirements into practical, maintainable systems.
