Top SchoolL Xinyan is a seasoned piping leader and checker with over 14 years of hands-on experience delivering piping design and 3D modeling for power, petrochemical, and coal-to-chemical projects across GE/Alstom, Wison and SEI. He has led multi-discipline piping teams on large international power plants and chemical facilities, combining detailed design, model review and site support to ensure constructible, code-compliant solutions (ASME, GB, SH). Known for pragmatic project coordination and client negotiation, he also drives process improvement—authoring a standard pipe support manual and simplifying working procedures in a Six Sigma initiative. Comfortable across PDMS/PDS, SmartPlant, AutoCAD and Navisworks, he bridges design and site execution with repeated successful plant start-ups in Malaysia and China. Colleagues rely on him for clear communication between disciplines, suppliers and contractors, and for raising team capability through hands-on mentoring. He is quick to adopt new practices and consistently prioritizes quality and constructability in complex piping systems.
