Senior🎓
Top SchoolLai Wei is a Senior Software Engineer based in Dublin with over eight years of hands-on experience building PHP- and Python-backed web applications and managing LAMP stacks. He combines strong OO design and database skills with practical experience across the full web stack (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and a track record of liaising directly with clients, sales and project teams to turn requirements into deliverable solutions. At Enovation Solutions he designs, implements and maintains complex web projects, mentors junior engineers, and evaluates emerging technologies for practical adoption. Earlier roles at Google saw him automating internal business processes and pioneering agile practices within development teams, giving him a rare perspective on both startup-style client delivery and large-company operational rigour. Fast to learn and adapt, he holds an MSc in Networks and Distributed Systems and an Irish passport, making him well-suited for international, client-facing engineering roles.
