Top SchoolLain Musgrove is a Senior Software Engineer based in Seattle with 15 years of experience building backend infrastructure and full‑stack systems across companies from AWS and Wayfair to Hearst and Indeed. He blends a deep interest in open source and the creative, mathematical side of programming with hands‑on leadership—recently architecting multi‑seller marketplace infrastructure and logistics solutions for retail initiatives. Comfortable in distributed teams and remote work, he has a track record of shipping experimental tools that help underserved users find employment and of supporting high‑scale customer service platforms. Lain treats programming as both hobby and vocation, and his GitHub persona (“Lost on a strange planet”) hints at a playful curiosity that drives exploration beyond obvious solutions.
