Senior🎓
Top SchoolLair Júnior is a full-stack maintainer and engineer with 11 years of experience building impactful web platforms, currently contributing at Checkr and maintaining the Go Champs project. He specializes in functional programming, XP practices, and pragmatic engineering—shipping Elixir/Phoenix backends, React front-ends, and performant PostgreSQL architectures. His work spans startups and large organizations (Google, ThoughtWorks, Dell), where he has driven large-scale migrations, API optimizations, and automation that delivered millions in savings and dramatic developer productivity gains. He combines hands-on implementation (Redis caching, Three.js integration, RBAC design) with team leadership, having led cross-functional squads and established delivery routines that improved test coverage and throughput. Based in Miami, he’s equally comfortable turning UX feedback into fast, reliable systems and mentoring teams in disciplined engineering practices inspired by Kent Beck and Uncle Bob. A less obvious strength: he repeatedly translates product constraints into measurable technical wins—reducing latency, dispute turnaround, and onboarding friction—rather than just delivering features.
