Top SchoolLairton Ballin is a senior full-stack software engineer with 18+ years of experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native systems for enterprise and e-commerce platforms. He specializes in C#/.NET Core, event-driven microservices with Kafka, and Angular-based micro frontends, and has led major modernization efforts such as migrating Dell LATAM Finance to Cloud Foundry and microservices. Currently remote at DREAMDEV, he builds high-throughput integrations and platforms—including a reverse proxy with YARP and a webhooks system handling ~2M events/day—that streamline retailer onboarding and multilingual content workflows. Comfortable across backend, frontend and infra, he combines hands-on coding with architecture and CI/CD automation in GitLab/Azure. Notably, his career began by driving a company-wide migration from Delphi to .NET and training dozens of engineers, reflecting both deep technical breadth and practical mentorship.
