Senior🎓
Top SchoolLakshmi Ramakrishnan is a senior developer consultant based in Bengaluru with a proven track record of building scalable full‑stack systems across startups and high-growth marketplaces. With 5–7 years of hands-on experience, she has moved from founding engineer at a fantasy sports startup—where she led API design, real‑time updates, payments, and AWS scaling—to senior engineering roles at udaan and Thoughtworks. She excels at system architecture, performance optimization, and mentoring teams, combining product-minded engineering with operational rigor. Comfortable across backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure, she brings a practical bias for shipping secure, reliable features under tight timelines. A strong technical generalist, she pairs deep implementation experience with a founder’s appreciation for building user-facing products end-to-end.
