Senior🎓
Top SchoolLalet Scaria is a platform engineering leader with 11 years of experience designing and operating compliant, production-grade infrastructures across startups and enterprise environments. Currently at Ripple after leading continuous delivery and GCP FedRAMP-compliant platform efforts at Lookout, he combines deep hands-on skills in Kubernetes, Terraform, Spinnaker, Jenkins and cloud-native CI/CD with pragmatic security and compliance engineering. He has built end-to-end pipelines from GitHub to production, driven data processing and DevOps metrics work at Morgan Stanley, and delivered data-driven proofs-of-concept in Azure/AWS during his time at Deloitte. Comfortable mentoring teams and resolving platform incidents, he pairs practical automation (Python, Go, shell) with a researcher’s curiosity informed by a software engineering master’s and machine learning studies. A “git things done” mindset and a history of orchestrating cross-vendor designs (including direct coordination with Google for GCP architecture) make him a reliable bridge between architects, developers, and compliance stakeholders.
