Top SchoolLalit Patel is a seasoned technology leader and founder with 19+ years of experience building and scaling product and engineering organizations across India, APAC and the US. He co-founded BASH Gaming (acquired by GSN) and was an early engineer at SlideShare, later founding and running Instawork’s India and APAC centers before becoming VP Engineering & Country Head at SeekOut, where he’s helping build an Agentic AI-powered recruitment platform. Known for taking “zero to one” operations live, he has set up multiple GCCs, hired and retained high-performing teams, and launched consumer and SaaS products that reached millions of users and multi-million dollar monthly revenue. Lalit combines hands-on engineering (including building game backends that scaled to 30M users and Instawork’s graph database) with broad operational ownership—HR, legal, finance and facilities—to drive sustainable growth. An operator who also mentors founders and invests in startups, he’s unusually adept at turning small, cross-functional teams into durable engines of product and business success.
