👤
SeniorLalo Martins is a seasoned Full Stack Engineer based in São Paulo with 20 years in software and 15+ years focused on backend systems, stabilizing production platforms and shipping reliable web applications. He blends hands-on engineering with product and team leadership—founding startups, acting as CEO/technical lead, and serving as ScrumMaster and project manager across diverse industries including XR, gaming, and developer tools. Comfortable across the full stack, Lalo repeatedly builds initial architectures and recruits teams to scale them, then returns to code as a consultant or senior engineer. His career includes stints at Ableton and GrabCAD and current work at Concise, demonstrating a pattern of joining early-stage efforts and turning prototypes into stable products. A self-described full-time geek who contributes across roles, he brings a rare mix of long-term open-source roots and practical commercial delivery.
