Senior🎓
Top SchoolLance Badger is a seasoned cloud and infrastructure leader with 11 years of engineering experience, currently serving as Vice President of Development building creator-centric platforms. He combines deep AWS architecture and microservices expertise (Docker, Fargate, Lambda) with hands-on Linux systems, MySQL administration, and infrastructure-as-code practices to transition monoliths into fault-tolerant distributed systems. As a former co-founder and CTO he’s shipped full-stack products using React and Laravel while scaling teams and CI/CD workflows. Regular use of SaltStack/Chef and low-level virtualization (KVM/QEMU/libvirt) reflects a rare blend of ops rigor and application design. Based in Salt Lake City, he’s known for turning nights-and-weekends startup grit into production-grade, creator-focused infrastructure.
