Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolLars Bahner is a Senior System Engineer based in Oslo with 11 years of professional experience managing infrastructure, security and cloud migrations across telecom, backup and consultancy firms. He has a long track record of hands-on systems work—from high-performance MySQL tuning and Linux/AD integration to leading operational responsibility for networks and secure cloud backends. At Inonit and KeepItSafe he focused on cloud migration strategies and post-migration system administration, while his current role at Orange Business Services continues that trajectory at scale. Lars pairs deep technical chops with a reflective, service-oriented mindset shaped by earlier entrepreneurial and leadership roles dating back to the 1990s. His academic background in humanities gives him a non-obvious edge in framing complex technical problems clearly and teaching others. He values continual learning, simplification and knowledge sharing as core principles of his engineering practice.
