Top SchoolLaura Bularca is a seasoned game industry founder and producer with nine years of formal experience and two decades of hands-on involvement in game development, production, and games journalism. Based in Götene, Sweden, she founded Pronoia AB after co-founding Valiant Game Studio and has led large multidisciplinary teams—up to 100+—delivering AAA and live-service titles as well as coaching 25+ indie studios in Agile/SCRUM. Her background blends product leadership, PR/communications, UX and project management, and she now channels that into solo indie development on The Merry Fairy, a scrapbook-journal simulator with a playable demo on Steam. Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and detailed production workflows, she brings a rare mix of editorial storytelling sensibility and rigorous delivery discipline to game experiences.
