Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeandro Macedo is a seasoned JavaScript developer and Senior DBA with 11 years of hands-on experience (15+ years in IT overall) designing and operating SQL Server databases and building backend systems in Node.js. He has led tech teams and delivered end-to-end infrastructure—everything from local hosting, DNS and Mikrotik routing to nginx/IIS configuration—while shipping business-focused systems like mass WhatsApp dispatch platforms for lead capture. Comfortable across Windows and Linux, Leandro blends performance-minded database optimization with pragmatic backend engineering and automation. Known for building solutions from scratch, he pairs a critical focus on security and efficiency with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable, maintainable systems. Based in São Paulo, he brings uncommon full-stack DBA-to-backend continuity that reduces handoffs and accelerates delivery.
