Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeandro Marcucci is a seasoned back-end developer with 17 years in software engineering and 14 years focused on web applications, currently building scalable services at Ring from Vicente López, Buenos Aires. His trajectory spans startups and product companies across Latin America and remote-first teams, with deep hands-on experience in Ruby/Rails and full-stack roles earlier in his career. Leandro has repeatedly transitioned from full-stack developer positions into backend-specialized roles, showing a practical knack for evolving systems and driving reliability in production. He brings a pragmatic blend of legacy modernization and iterative feature delivery learned at companies like Properati, Restorando and smaller consultancies. Known for steady long-term commitments, he pairs institutional knowledge with the adaptability required in fast-moving product environments. Outside work he values incremental improvements—a pattern reflected in a career of continuous technical progression rather than flashy one-off projects.
