Top SchoolLee Tan is a Principal Software Engineer based in Singapore with 11 years of experience leading engineering teams and delivering customer-facing ecommerce and integration platforms. He transitioned from Engineering Manager at Sephora SEA—where he led SSR migrations, micro-frontend architecture, and virtual bundle features—to a principal role at Razer, blending product-focused leadership with hands-on coding in JavaScript and Ruby. Lee co-founded Dinokt Ventures, helping startups outsource product and tech work, and has taught software engineering, showing a commitment to mentorship and developer enablement. His background includes building billing and OTA integrations, internal CMS and living style guides, and optimizing fleet-dispatch frontends, evidencing a strong full‑stack and systems integration skillset. AWS certification and frequent ownership of SDLC practices reflect his focus on scalable cloud solutions and operational excellence. Uncommonly, he pairs retail ecommerce strategy with low-level engineering pragmatism—able to translate business feedback directly into code, architecture, and team processes.
