Top SchoolLeeds Rising is a founder-CEO and product-minded engineer who builds AI-native optimization for full truckload carriers, drawing on eight years of experience across product, engineering, and operations. Raised in a family 3PL, he combines domain intuition about dispatch realities with formal training in operations research and computer science from Cornell and Columbia. Before launching Maximal, he shaped product and growth at high-growth startups (Golden, Alchemy) and engineered knowledge-graph systems at Bloomberg, giving him fluency from ML research to production systems. He intentionally designs tools that respect real-world constraints—relationships, local routing quirks, and legacy TMS—so mathematical optimality translates into margin. Comfortable switching hats between PM, engineer, and operator, he has a track record of shipping pragmatic solutions in regulated, mission-critical environments. Based in San Francisco and a YC S25 alum, he’s focused on scaling fleet planning without ripping and replacing carriers’ tech stacks.
