Senior🎓
Top SchoolLenilson Nascimento is a Golang-focused software engineer with 11 years of experience building backend systems and shaping digital currency solutions for central banks at Giesecke+Devrient. He combines deep engineering chops—from cloud-native tooling and distributed systems to domain-driven design—with a history of hands-on roles in startups and agencies, including leading tech for an esports venture in South America. Comfortable across the stack, his background spans Go, Python, Kubernetes, Spark, GraphQL and front-end work earned early in his career, reflecting a pragmatic full-stack mindset. A creative polymath outside of engineering—musician, writer and former esports commentator—he brings a people-first approach to culture, mentorship and product thinking.
