Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeo Dumon is a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Platform and Developer Experience with 8 years of hands-on experience building cloud-native systems using Node.js, TypeScript, Docker and AWS. At Shine he shapes developer productivity through CLIs, codegen and e2e testing while also designing core services like authentication and permissions and managing infra migrations to Cloud Run with Terraform. Previously he led DevOps and backend efforts—introducing CI/CD on EKS, event-driven architectures with RabbitMQ, and robust observability stacks—bridging reliability, scalability and DX. He has a background in data and ML (contributing to a GDPR-focused video anonymization solution that led to a patent) which gives him a practical edge when product needs intersect with data workflows. Based in Toulouse, Leo treats Developer Experience as a methodology rather than a siloed role, combining maker-level implementation with team-facing tooling and processes.
