Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolLéo Le Bras is a seasoned technical leader and founder with 11 years of experience building resilient SaaS products for the point-of-sale sector, now serving as Directeur Technique at Menlog in Paris. He blends product sensibility and engineering rigor to design offline-first architectures that guarantee business continuity, and he led the launch and scaling of cloud-native backends and iPad POS clients for thousands of active stores. A hands-on CTO-turned-CTPO, he has driven regulatory compliance (NF525, audits, electronic invoicing), security programs (SOC 2, PSSI, pen tests) and introduced "Harness Engineering" to integrate AI into dev practices. He’s equally focused on team craft—structuring orgs, mentoring engineers and designers, and embedding practices that keep technical debt from blocking value delivery. Not obvious from the title: he began as a product-focused co-founder and instructor in JavaScript/React Native, giving him deep empathy for UX and cross-platform constraints alongside systems-level expertise.
