Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeo W is an engineering leader with 11 years of experience building scalable web and crypto-native products from startups to large platforms. He spent significant time at Airbnb as a senior software engineer and earlier roles at MuleSoft/Salesforce, and now leads engineering at Mercor while angel investing through AirAngels. As a two-time co-founder he launched high-traffic Solana projects—including a memecoin safety platform that reached over 1.2M page views—and a crypto-enabled poker platform that forged key relationships across Solana and Ethereum ecosystems. He blends full-stack software craftsmanship with product-minded growth experience, shipping responsive web systems and real-time settlement flows. Based in San Francisco and grounded in a Computer Engineering BS from UC San Diego, he focuses on practical, user-protecting crypto infrastructure and fast iteration. An interesting through-line: he repeatedly pairs traditional platform engineering discipline with frontier crypto experiments that scale to large audiences.
