Top SchoolLeon Adeoye is a veteran software and trading-technology leader with nearly 30 years of hands-on engineering and delivery experience, currently heading High Touch Trading Technology for Asia Pacific at Citi. He has repeatedly transformed underperforming teams into high-performing, diverse groups across APAC by combining strong ownership, triage skills, and a client-first delivery mindset. His domain expertise spans front-office equity and derivatives systems—OMS, IOIs, automated market-making, index arbitrage, pricing engines—and he has led large-scale migrations to microservices and micro-frontends. Leon pairs deep technical breadth (from C++ low-latency systems to Node.js, Angular, blockchain primitives and distributed architectures) with pragmatic cost-conscious product delivery. He has driven multi-location teams of 20–40+ engineers, delivered firm-wide platforms used by hundreds to thousands of users, and also founded a social-impact mobile app, showing an appetite for product-led innovation beyond finance. Based in Hong Kong, he blends trading-domain rigor with a track record of mentoring and long-term team retention.
