Top SchoolLeonardo Da Silva Barbosa is a software engineer based in São Paulo with eight years of experience and over three years focused on backend Java development, particularly with Spring Boot and microservices. He has a proven track record migrating high-volume legacy systems—especially financial operations like sales reconciliation and invoice issuance—into scalable microservice architectures. At RD he progressed from sustainment and bug fixes for mission-critical pharmacy systems to leading migration efforts, and he currently brings that expertise to Mercado Livre. Comfortable working in cross-functional squads, he blends pragmatic engineering with attention to reliability and data throughput. He pairs formal IT training from Senac with hands-on delivery experience across production systems used by thousands of clients. Notably, his career shows a consistent focus on turning monoliths into resilient services that handle large-scale transactional workloads.
