Leonardo Eufrazio
Summary
👤
SeniorLeonardo Nogueira is a software architect with nine years of experience building resilient, scalable backend systems and currently leading technical delivery for global payments at CI&T. He designs microservice architectures and trade-offs with product teams, leveraging Java (8–21), Spring/Quarkus, event-driven patterns (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) to support high-availability workloads. A former researcher and teacher assistant in robotics and algorithms, he combines rigorous academic foundations in computer engineering and postgraduate software engineering with hands-on troubleshooting and mentoring skills. Comfortable across relational and NoSQL databases and observability tooling, he also brings practical experience containerizing and operating services on Docker/Kubernetes. Notably, his background spans both applied research in robot soccer and real-world enterprise payment systems—evidence of a developer who bridges experimental thinking with production-grade execution.
