Senior🎓
Top SchoolLeonardo Quintana is a full-stack software engineer and founder with over a decade of experience building high-performance web platforms, e-commerce sites, analytics dashboards and automation flows across Angular, React, Node.js, Python, Laravel and Supabase. He combines hands-on development and technical leadership—having led teams as Frontend Lead and Tech Lead—while founding Quintara AI to help Mexican businesses eliminate silos, automate operations and embed pragmatic AI into production systems. His work consistently prioritizes performance, accessibility, scalability and commercial conversion, and he has delivered measurable business impact for 60+ clients from clinics to retailers. Leonardo is comfortable across the stack and lifecycle: designing interfaces, integrating APIs, implementing CI/CD and shipping tested, maintainable modules. A practical pragmatist, he often turns underused tools or fragmented tech into coherent architectures that reduce costs and unlock revenue. Based in Tecámac, Mexico, he remains open to senior engineering or advisory roles while growing Quintara AI as a long-term, hands-on venture.
