Top SchoolLeroy Rosales is a Full Stack Engineer based in Austin with 8 years of experience building and securing large WordPress and Drupal estates for higher education and enterprise clients. He’s known for designing adaptable, brand-compliant WordPress themes and migrating 50+ sites to enterprise hosting while managing codebases and site security for UT’s high-profile properties. Comfortable across frontend and backend stacks, he pairs a designer’s eye (BFA, Fine and Studio Arts) with production engineering, having led long-form storytelling features and email campaigns that moved enrollment metrics. A pragmatic collaborator, he regularly coordinates with designers, stakeholders, and other developers to turn complex requirements into maintainable solutions. Outside work he describes himself as “just a nerd that likes punk,” a hint at his unconventional, no-nonsense approach to product and leadership.
