Top SchoolLeszek Charkiewicz is a Site Reliability Engineer with 13 years of experience building and operating resilient, large-scale systems across major SaaS and cloud companies. He has progressed through hands-on roles at Zendesk and Atlassian to SRE positions at Google and currently Teleport, bringing deep expertise in production reliability, incident response, and scalable infrastructure. His background spans system administration, Red Hat instruction, and DevOps engineering, giving him a strong foundation in both teaching and practical operations. Comfortable in both startup and hyperscale environments, he focuses on reducing toil through automation and improving service-level reliability. Based in Poland, he combines academic training in computer science with a track record of cross-functional collaboration in distributed teams. An early career mix of PHP development and systems work hints at a pragmatic, full-stack troubleshooting mindset that still informs his SRE approach.
