Top SchoolLeticia Monteiro is a Design Systems Engineer based in Rio de Janeiro with nine years of experience translating complex product needs into accessible, resilient front-end systems. She has built enterprise-grade design systems and components using Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Radix UI and shadcn/ui, and has hands-on experience integrating SSO, multi-step forms with autosave, and AI-assisted developer workflows. Comfortable in distributed, English-speaking teams, she has shipped full-stack projects involving Node.js/GPT chatbots, Python/Django backends and PostgreSQL, bringing a pragmatic cross-stack perspective to UI architecture. Her background in communications and early career writing gives her a rare strength in crafting clear component documentation and design tokens that scale. Currently driving design system work at Môre, she combines accessibility-first engineering with a proven track record in monorepo and package-published libraries.
