Top SchoolLiam Liang is a technology leader with nine years in software development and over five years specializing in blockchain engineering, currently serving as Head of Tech and VP at Hamster Ltd. He has led teams of 20+ engineers to deliver products spanning smart contract development, Substrate-based chains in Rust, and p2p architectures while also owning DevOps and cloud-native platform design. Liam is polyglot across Java, Go, Rust, JavaScript, Python and Solidity, and routinely applies spring boot/microservices, CI/CD and containerization to production-grade distributed systems. His background includes building enterprise DevOps delivery and continuous integration platforms, translating developer workflows into scalable, repeatable processes. Based in George Town, Cayman Islands, he combines hands-on implementation with organizational leadership and a pragmatic focus on customer business-architecture pain points. A detail that sets him apart is his ability to bridge low-level blockchain protocol work with high-level cloud-native operational practices, enabling smoother delivery from chain to cloud.
