Top School廖龙 is a logistics and key account manager with 8 years’ experience driving large-scale distribution and project operations for clients like China Mobile and Dell. He combines hands-on warehouse and transport management (TMS/WMS) with contract negotiation, bid processes, and multi-party funds flow coordination, having expanded provincial and city-level logistics platforms and B2C channels. Known for strong stress tolerance, rapid problem resolution and strict adherence to governance, he regularly manages P&L, KPI delivery and system integrations between clients and partners. He led end-to-end project launches—site selection, team building, system setup and carrier sourcing—and introduced a third-party financing platform into operational workflows. Based in Chengdu, he brings deep, practical insight into mobile industry logistics nuances that many managers overlook, especially around last-mile and recharge-card distribution. Colleagues note his reliability, willingness to shoulder responsibility and ability to translate commercial goals into operational routines.
