Senior🎓
Top SchoolLijie Zhou is a Senior Platform Engineer with 11 years of experience building cloud-native and GPU-enabled infrastructure, now on the infrastructure team at Inworld AI after multi-year SRE work at Gusto. He brings a strong security and release-engineering background from prior roles at Facebook and McAfee, and deep practical experience with Kubernetes and multi-cloud deployments. Lijie pairs an academic foundation in computer science and linguistics with hands-on systems work—from data migrations and validation to automating large-scale releases—so he moves smoothly between tooling, ops, and policy. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he also evaluates startups as an angel investor, favoring teams with reliable execution and clear technical defensibility. An unassuming detail: his trajectory includes both teaching and full‑stack development early in his career, which contributes to a pragmatic, people-oriented approach to platform reliability.
