Senior🎓
Top SchoolLily Li is a Senior Director of Supply Chain based in Palo Alto with 11 years of experience building and scaling global electronics sourcing, NPI and supplier-development programs for high-growth hardware companies. She has led end-to-end supply chain operations—strategic sourcing, production planning, logistics, risk mitigation and supplier qualification—across North America and Asia, driving capacity expansion and significant cost reductions. At Tesla she built multiple teams from scratch to manage PCBA, electronics, testing and automation sourcing for large capital programs and rapid production ramps; at CelLink she is enabling dual-site manufacturing and supply readiness for emerging technologies. Lily pairs an MBA and trilingual fluency (Mandarin, English, German) with hands-on contract negotiation, data-driven forecasting and process improvement skills that improve on-time delivery and inventory efficiency. Notably, she blends deep technical sourcing judgment with cross-functional leadership, often engaging sub-tier suppliers to solve systemic quality or lead-time bottlenecks.
