Senior🎓
Top SchoolLinus Östberg is a DevSecOps engineer and Kubernetes consultant based in Stockholm with 11 years of experience bridging bioinformatics, system development, and infrastructure operations. He transitioned from PhD-level protein structure research into full-stack systems work and now focuses on secure, production-grade Kubernetes management and platform reliability. At Conoa and previously SciLifeLab, he has combined development, data management and cluster administration to deliver reproducible scientific pipelines and resilient services. Equally comfortable scripting scientific analyses in Python and hardening cloud-native deployments, he brings a researcher's attention to detail to operational security. Linus’s background means he often spots system- and data-integrity risks others miss, translating domain-specific workflows into auditable, automated infrastructure.
