Liraz Siri
Meta Steward at Ethereum
Singapore
Summary
👤
SeniorLiraz Siri is a seasoned cyber security entrepreneur and builder with 16+ years of experience designing and protecting high-risk infrastructure across open source, blockchain, and enterprise. He co-founded TurnKey (securing 100,000+ servers), ran the first public Bitcoin block explorer and API, and helped launch multiple crypto ventures including First Digital Assets and TabooKey, driving innovations like the Ethereum Gas Station Network and early Account Abstraction work. A former Israeli cyber warfare unit co‑founder and long‑time security researcher, he began auditing the Internet as a teenager and patented practical platforms for high-risk applications. At Ethereum today he serves as a Meta Steward, blending deep applied cryptography and systems engineering with product-level security strategy. Known for running neutral, open resources (BlockExplorer) without ads or limits, he favors pragmatic, community-minded tooling that scales. Based in Singapore, he supports builders across open-source and crypto ecosystems while retaining a hacker’s curiosity for understudied attack surfaces.
