Summary
👤
SeniorLoic Lambiel is a seasoned site reliability and platform leader with over a decade of hands-on experience designing, operating, and scaling distributed backend systems for cloud providers. As VP Platform at Exoscale (after leading operations there), he has built and run production fleets using CloudStack, KVM, Docker, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Nginx, HAProxy and Puppet/Ansible across multi-cloud environments. Deeply versed in networking, virtualization and classic infrastructure services (DNS, LDAP/AD, mail, RADIUS) he blends systems-level mastery with pragmatic automation in Bash, Python and PowerShell. Based in Lausanne, he combines an operator’s attention to detail with strategic platform thinking—often tackling the messy interoperability problems between legacy enterprise services and modern cloud-native stacks.
