Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolLuboš Jeřábek is a pragmatic software engineering manager with over a decade of experience evolving from hands-on QA to leading teams and driving quality-first delivery across fintech, telecoms, and observability products. He currently manages a 10-engineer team at SolarWinds in Brno, building interactive demos while also championing agile delivery, mentoring engineers beyond his org, and running workshops that spread practical tooling and process improvements. Known for pragmatic automation choices (Python, Playwright, Robot Framework, Selenium) and a focus on “Quality of How,” he has rebuilt QA practices, hiring processes, and career matrices that improved velocity and reduced costs. A servant leader who stepped back after a deliberate burnout recovery, Luboš combines technical credibility with people-first culture-building and a taste for DIY engineering—homebrewing, smart-home development, and scouting-inspired problem solving give him a practical, hands-on edge.
