Top SchoolLuc Kolen is a Junior Ethical Hacker on Rabobank’s Red Team with 11 years of hands-on experience bridging software development and security. Trained in Computer Software Engineering at Fontys Eindhoven, he progressed from developer roles at 247 Dynamics to security analyst work at Secura before moving into offensive security. He combines practical coding experience with an attacker’s mindset to identify real-world risks in complex banking environments. Based in North Brabant, Netherlands, Luc pairs formal ICT education with years of client-facing and operational experience, giving him a pragmatic approach to threat emulation. Less obvious: his background as a long-term waiter honed client communication and situational awareness—skills he now applies to collaborative penetration testing and reporting.
